I just got my Asus ProArt PA279CV from ccktech, and I gotta say, these folks are true pros. The delivery was quick, the price was solid, and their customer service is among the best I've ever dealt with. Sadly, I ran into an issue with the screen (a manufacturing flaw), so I needed to swap it out. Big shoutout to Cherie, who was super professional, friendly, and really helped me out by arranging the pickup of the defective unit and getting the new one to me in just a few days. Major respect! I’ll surely be shopping with them again.

The item arrived on schedule and was in good shape. It came with a European plug instead of a UK one, but cctech said sorry and offered to send me the right one. There wasn’t a manual included, but they provided tech support to help with the setup and even shared a link to an online version of the manual. When I bought it, cctech had the best deal around, saving me about £20 on a £450 purchase.

The external hard drive arrived without any useful instructions. It was also configured in a way that required opening specific applications and 'buying' some of them.

A more straightforward manual on how to operate the device should've been included.
